These Terms govern your use of the 11det platform. By accessing or using 11det, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 11det ("11det", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all access and use of the 11det website at 11det.bio and any related services offered through it, including casino games, sports betting, live casino, and promotional offers.

Account Registration and Management
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 11det. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and any associated balances being forfeited.
11det implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with responsible platform management. You may be required to submit a copy of your national identification card, proof of address, or proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any time 11det deems verification necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. 11det may also close or suspend your account at its discretion — for example, in cases of Terms violations, suspected fraud, incomplete KYC, or self-exclusion requests. Any remaining balance in a legitimately held account will be returned to the player via their verified payment method following the conclusion of any necessary review.
Deposits and Withdrawals
11det accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and supported Bangladesh bank transfers. All deposits are processed in the local currency, Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit on 11det is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful transaction confirmation. 11det does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed for verified accounts only. You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time through your account dashboard. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Processing times vary by payment method: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
11det reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a Terms violation, or where KYC documentation has not been provided. In such cases, 11det will notify the account holder and provide an opportunity to resolve the matter before a final decision is made.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
11det offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual offer page:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
- Each bonus may only be claimed once per player unless otherwise stated.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the offer page.
- Bonuses have an expiry period. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will be forfeited.
- 11det reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on 11det are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. 11det will not be liable for bets placed in error. In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet or game, 11det reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's balance.
Sports betting markets on 11det — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, and kabaddi — are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type. Odds are displayed as decimal odds. Live in-play odds are updated in real time and may change rapidly; 11det is not liable for delays between the displayed odds and the confirmed odds at the moment a bet is accepted.
Casino game outcomes on 11det are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology supplied by the game providers. 11det does not alter or manipulate game outcomes. Each game's RTP (Return to Player) percentage is set by the game provider and disclosed in the game information panel.
Responsible Gaming
11det is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is intended for adult entertainment purposes only and must not be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. 11det provides self-management tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion. 11det employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be suspended pending investigation. 11det's determination regarding prohibited conduct is final.
Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability
All content on the 11det platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the property of 11det or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 11det content without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 11det shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service caused by factors outside 11det's reasonable control — such as network outages, payment provider delays, or force majeure events.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 11det, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform in violation of applicable laws, or any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your account.
Amendments and Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 11det operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and player protection.
